Check In / Check Out Policy
- A 50% add-on charge to the contracted rate is applicable for a guaranteed early check-in request before 10:00 hrs. While a full-night surcharge will be applicable for guaranteed check-in before 07:00hrs.
- Late check-out will be on-request basis and subject to availability. A half-day apartment charge is applicable for late check-out until 18:00hrs. Apartments occupied beyond 18:00hrs. Will be charged at full night rates.
- Travelers must submit a document with picture (passport for non-Jordanian & valid driver license, or ID for the Jordanian) upon checking in.
Children Policy
- Maximum of two (2) children may stay in their parent’s apartment free of charge using existing beddings in the apartment.
- Children up to 11.99 years old are free, and above that will be treated as an adult.
- Breakfast meal for children below 5.99 years are free of charge, and children between 6 up to 11.99are charged 50% of the adult price per child per meal. “Same policy applied on other meals, Lunch or Dinner.”
- Extra Bed is 30.00 JOD inclusive.
- Baby Cot is free of charge available upon request.
Guarantee, Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- To guarantee a reservation, a valid Credit Card is required.
- Cancellations received within 24 hours from the expected day of arrival will be charged one (1) night accommodation.
- In the event of no show / non-arrival, the hotel apartments reserve the right to charge one (1) night.
